Another participant of the UEFA Champions League semi-finals was determined. In Spain, Madrid's "Real" and London's "Chelsea" teams clashed - the English team had to retaliate for their failure in the first match 1:3. The meeting was started by the "blues" in a high spirits - in the 15th minute M. Mount scored the first goal. In the 51st minute, "Real" started to improve their position by equalizing the overall result with a goal from A. Rudiger - 2:0. In the 62nd minute, M. Alonso's goal was disallowed after VAR review, but in the 75th minute "Chelsea" sealed their advantage even further - T. Werner gave an even bigger lead to the visitors - 3:0. However, "Real" managed to recover from the shock and in the 80th minute Rodrygo reduced the difference and the teams had to play extra time. During that time, in the hour mark, K. Benzema equalized - the Frenchman scored his team's second goal and paved the way for "Real" to the semi-finals - 2:3.
