However, footballers do not intend to drastically cut their wages. Chelsea asked to cut 30% of the workers' wages, while the players agreed to a 10% reduction. Negotiations between the two parties are being conducted by the club's director Marina Granovskaja and the "Blues" team captain Cesar Azpilicueta.
