After seeing poor results on the pitch, "Chelsea" owner Todd Boehly decided to take action.
"The Athletic" journalist David Ornstein reports that "Chelsea" reached an agreement with Madrid's "Atletico" for the loan of Joao Felix.
The "Blues" will rent the 23-year-old striker for about 11 million euros for the remainder of the season.
Initially, "Atletico" wanted 16 million euros, but no Premier League club was willing to pay that amount for just 6 months. The likes of "Manchester United" and "Arsenal" were also interested in the striker.
"Chelsea" will rent J. Felix without an option to buy.
