London's "Chelsea" has entered the race to sign forward Theo Walcott from the "Arsenal" team.
"The Blues" coach Rafa Benitez hopes to pay 15 million pounds for the 23-year-old Englishman, who is expected to strengthen the club that experienced a fiasco in the UEFA Champions League in January.
Th. Walcott does not want to extend his contract with "Arsenal" for another six months and keeps rejecting the proposed 80,000 pounds sterling weekly salary.
It is forecasted that in the "Chelsea" team, he would earn 90,000 pounds sterling per week.
