In other matches, "Leicester City" in second place suffered their first loss after eight consecutive wins. "Norwich" players defeated the "Foxes" at home and increased Liverpool's lead to 10 points.
"Leicester" had to retrieve the ball from their own net in the 26th minute when Teemu Pukki scored. However, the "Foxes" quickly found an answer – Jamie Vardy equalized in the 36th minute, although the goal was scored by goalkeeper Tim Krul.
"Leicester" extended their lead over "Man City" to 7 points, further improving Liverpool's situation.
In other matches, "Sheffield United" achieved a victory and climbed to fifth place, while "Newcastle" suffered a defeat after two consecutive wins, losing to "Burnley".
In the last evening's match, "West Ham" achieved a crucial victory against "Southampton". Sebastien Haller's goal determined the failure of Southampton.
