"Chelsea" team attracts one of the richest people in the USA

There are rumors circulating around London's Chelsea about the team being sold.

The Mirror reports that one of the wealthiest men in the USA, Paul Allen, has started to show interest in the Premier League team.

The owner of the Portland Trail Blazers and the Seattle Seahawks met with close friend of Roman Abramovich, Pini Zahavi, at the end of the summer to discuss a possible price for the Blues.

Earlier, the Russian billionaire refused to sell Chelsea for a sum of £2-2.3 billion and is now asking for £3 billion.

The 65-year-old P. Allen's fortune is estimated at around $15 billion USD.
