"Chelsea" to sign 16-year-old Kazakh player

"Chelsea" continues to make interesting and somewhat questionable moves in the market.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that "Chelsea" has reached an agreement with Almaty "Kairat" for the acquisition of 16-year-old Dastaan Satpaev.

For this 170 cm forward, the London club will pay a record amount for the Kazakhstan league – 4 million euros.

D. Satpaev will join the "Chelsea" team when he turns 18 years old.
