London's "Chelsea" has outperformed not only one wealthy club, and in the near future will acquire Amsterdam's "Ajax" talent Daishawn Redan, according to reliable sources from "Voetballzone".
The eighteen-year-old striker has been developing in the team of the Dutch vice-champions since he was eight, and was one of the most prolific among his peers.
However, this week Redan decided to seek new challenges and will move to the "aristocrats" training academy on July 1.
"We had planned his career path and discussed it with him and management. It is very unfortunate about this situation, it is obvious that they have something else in mind," said Said Ouaali, the head of the youth department at "Ajax", who did not hide his disappointment at losing the rising star.
"We made all efforts to retain such a great talent like Daishawn, but at some point it all comes to an end. We wish him all the best in his future career."
In September, Redan made his debut in the Netherlands U17 national team, scoring eight goals and providing two assists in 12 matches.
