An impressive team like London's "Chelsea" that hasn't shown impressive results in recent seasons still doesn't lose attractiveness among fans.
The "Blues" decided to change their kit manufacturer and from the 2017-18 season onwards, the London team will be clothed by the company "Nike."
It is said that the contract with the current club sponsor "Adidas" (30 million pounds per season) was supposed to be valid until 2023, but "Chelsea" couldn't resist the offer from the Americans.
The new deal with "Nike" will guarantee the London team an income of 70 million pounds - precisely from this amount, the termination of the contract with "Adidas" will be covered.
"Chelsea" director Marina Granovskaya said: "This deal is incredibly important for the club. Like our team, 'Nike' is a globally renowned company, known for its innovations and excellent quality."
