In the Champions League knockout stage, one of the teams is already one foot in the quarterfinals.

The first stage of the knockout round saw "Borussia" kick off with a 3:0 victory against Lisbon's "Sporting" team.

The Portuguese champions were overwhelmed by BVB in the second half, with goals scored by Serhou Guirassy, Pascal Groß, and Karim Adeyemi.

Meanwhile, in Turin, the local "Juventus" defeated PSV Eindhoven players 2:1.

In the 34th minute, Weston McKennie put "Juventus" ahead, but at the start of the second half, PSV veteran Ivan Perišić equalized the score.

Finally, in the 82nd minute, the talented Samuel Mbangula secured the victory for Thiago Motta's team.
