“Tottenham” club could soon be supplemented by a new sporting director.
Danas Kilpatrick from “Standard Sport” reports that the main three candidates for this position are Lee Dykes (“Brentford”), Tiago Pinto (“AS Roma”), and Tim Steidten.
T. Steidten has long worked at Leverkusen's “Bayer” club, where he discovered talents such as Edmond Tapsoba, Moussa Diaby, Piero Hincapie, Florian Wirtz, and Jeremie Frimpong.
L. Dykes has helped “Brentford” rise from the “Championship” to the “Premier” league, where they are serious contenders for a place in Europe this year.
Meanwhile, T. Pinto achieved success in Rome with a limited budget by winning the Conference League and reaching the semi-finals of the Europa League.
In April, “Tottenham” bid farewell to Fabio Paratici due to an international FIFA ban on participating in football matters.
