On July 1, the transfer window gained momentum - clubs have started and some have already finished assembling their squads.
Each year, as the sums of player transfers rise, clubs are forced to look for alternatives, and one of them is players without contracts. This summer, this alternative is wider than ever - many famous players are still without teams.
Usually, European clubs agree with free agents six months before the end of their contract, as was the case this year with Aaron Ramsey.
Here are 30 players who are available for free this summer.

The long-time Brazilian national team player proved at the recent Copa America tournament that he is still deserving of a contract in the highest league. Alves was named the best player of the South American Championship, and last season with PSG in 32 games, he scored three goals.

Interest in him has been shown by both Premier League and Championship teams.
