The best coach of the year in Bulgaria was recognized as the head coach of "Lokomotiv Plovdiv", Eduard Eranosyanas, who this year led the team to the most honorable place in the championship for the first time in the club's history.

Eranosyanas was dismissed from the club at the end of this year's winter break, but was brought back to the team after a few weeks. Last Sunday, by defeating the "Slavia Sofia" team, the club secured the title of PFC champions.

The best player of the year from the same club was forward Martin Kamburovas. The best young footballer was recognized as the "Slavia" defender Chavdar Yankov, while the captain of the "Litex Lovech" team and Bulgarian national team defender Kirilov received the "Fair Play" award. Former famous Bulgarian national team player Iliyan Iliev was awarded for his merits to Bulgarian football.
