The head coach of the German national team, Joachim Low, revealed the final lineup of 23 players who will represent their country at the 2016 European Championship.
J. Low confirmed that Dortmund's "Borussia" winger Marco Reus will have to miss the tournament due to injury. This is a painful news for the player, as M. Reus also had to miss the 2014 World Cup due to injury after the German team won the championship.
In the preliminary list, Karim Bellarabi, Julian Brandt, and Sebastian Rudy did not make it to the final lineup, but the young talent Leroy Sane from "Schalke" in Gelsenkirchen made it to the team.
The German national team will start their journey in the European Championship on June 13th, when they face Ukraine.
