Another match of the Italian Cup quarterfinals took place last night. A highly intense battle occurred between Milan's "Inter" and "Bologna".
Playing at home, the "fashion capital" footballers were led ahead by Jeison Murillo after a little over half an hour, and shortly after, Rodrigo Palacio doubled the lead.
However, the hosts did not enjoy the convincing advantage for long, as Blerim Džemaili quickly scored.
The Bologna team did not give up and continued to fight, finally equalizing the match with a goal from Godfred Donsah. The teams had to play extra time.
Once again, the "Inter" footballers started extra time better, and Antonio Candreva, who came on as a substitution, scored a goal. As it turned out later, this midfielder's strike was decisive, as the opponents could not find a response.
