San Paulo denies rumors that they have reached an agreement with Manchester City regarding the price of Carlos Tevez.
On Sunday, the manager of the English team, Roberto Mancini, publicly stated that the value of the deal has been agreed upon, so it is now up to the Argentine to settle the personal contract terms.
