C.Ronaldo suffered the injury on July 10. During the final match, he collided with Dimitri Payet.
Portugal's player continued to show determination and resilience, but eventually had to ask for a substitution as he was moving with difficulty.

Real Madrid played without C.Ronaldo in the first two rounds of the Spanish league and won the UEFA Super Cup.
"We are happy that he has returned. We will try to preserve him. This is his first match of the season. It has been 60 days since the last one," said Zidane.
