Portugal's football star Cristiano Ronaldo insists that people criticizing and mocking him are worth their weight in gold.
According to the Madrid "Real" forward, it is precisely the angry football fans who help him improve.
"I use all the negative information for my motivation. To me, 'haters' are necessary because they helped me get to where I am now," said C. Ronaldo.
"When I was younger, I learned from my countrymen Luis Figo and Rui Costa, and I knew that someday I would reach their level.
However, I am mainly motivated by myself, I strive to be the best," said the sniper.
