Cristiano Ronaldo needed almost seven hours to score his first official goal in the ranks of Turin's Juventus.
The Portuguese broke his series of failures in the "Serie A" match against "Sassuolo", when he defeated the visiting goalkeeper twice and secured a 2-1 victory.
"I am very happy, we started the game well. "Sassuolo" defended confidently, but we played intensively and deserved the victory.
I really wanted to score the first goals and I am satisfied that I managed to achieve them.
This is football. The most important thing is the team's victory. Of course, I was a bit tense because of the talk about Madrid's "Real" and the inability to score, so I would like to thank my teammates for their support.
I knew I was preparing well and it's just a matter of time. I am already getting used to Italian football," C. Ronaldo said.
