Cheick Doucoure, recovering from injury, has tied his future to Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace announced that the defensive midfielder has signed a new contract, which is valid until 2029.
In the summer, C. Doucoure was seriously tempted by Liverpool. According to the media, the player's price was between 60 and 70 million pounds sterling. However, the "Reds" ultimately did not agree to pay this amount.
The 24-year-old Malian defender, who has recovered, will start working with the new coach, as just two weeks ago the reins of the "Eagles" were taken over by Oliver Glasner, who replaced Roy Hodgson.
