In the 78th minute, the hope of equalizing for Crystal Palace was brought back by Wilfried Zaha. Throughout the rest of the time, the Londoners tried to shake the Hornets' nerves, but they still secured the victory for themselves.
Watford has collected the maximum number of points - nine. This was the second consecutive defeat for Crystal Palace.
