C.Tevez: I will think about the future after the season © EuroFootball.com

Attacker Carlos Tevez has confirmed that he does not intend to consider the possibility of changing teams until the end of the season.

It is almost certain that the star of the Argentine national team will not stay in London if "West Ham" drops into a lower league. In the Premier League, the club has only earned 20 points in 29 matches, currently occupying the last, twentieth position. They are 10 points away from the safe 17th place, with only 9 games left to play.

"I can't let such thoughts occupy my mind," said Tevez. "Now I just want us to focus and strive together to save the season.

"I also have no intention of answering questions about playing in a lower league. I will definitely not think about a new club, as it would be disrespectful to the current team.

"I was very moved by the support of the fans, although the situation is very difficult. It probably caused confusion even among them."

Despite all this, the 23-year-old footballer said he had no regrets about coming to England, although his compatriot Javier Mascherano, who chose "Liverpool" over "Corinthians" with him, moved in January.

"It was not a bad move for me. I came here to contribute to the growth of a progressing club, together with local young players.

"I thought we could reach a higher level, but so far we haven't been able to. Yes, I was disappointed and frustrated when I sat on the bench, played in different positions.

"I have talked to coach Alan Curbishley many times and he is truly a great specialist. It's not easy for him either due to injuries, but I respect him because he gave me confidence in my abilities."

The young talent also denied rumors of a possible conflict with former "West Ham" head coach.

"The previous manager, Alan Pardew, also tried to help me adapt and was not bad either."
