Dani Alves learned his punishment for sexual assault against his ex-wife.
The Spanish media reports that the 40-year-old Brazilian will serve 4.5 years behind bars.
In addition, 5 years of probation will be added to the 4.5 years for D. Alves' supervision by law enforcement. During this 9.5 year period, he will not be able to communicate with the victim.
The former defender will also have to pay 150,000 euros for the harm caused.
