"Real" Madrid club and the Spanish national team received bad news - Dani Carvajal, who suffered a calf injury, will miss the EURO 2016 qualifying match as well as the upcoming "La Liga" matches. The 22-year-old right-back sustained the injury during training and returned to Madrid. The footballer assisted the Spanish national team in friendly matches against the French, but has yet to debut in official matches. It is also believed that the defender will have to miss the Spanish championship match against Madrid "Atletico" on Saturday, and will be replaced by experienced Alvaro Arbeloa. Carvajal himself, upon returning to the capital city, stated: "Everything is fine. I don't think my injury is serious and I hope to recover in time for the "La Liga" match against "Atletico." The young footballer is almost indispensable in the "Real" team and played 45 matches last season.
