„Manchester United“ goalkeeper David De Gea says he is happy in England and has no plans to move to „Real“ Madrid.
The 23-year-old footballer, who arrived at „Old Trafford“ from Madrid „Atletico“ in 2011, is being named in the press as one of the possible candidates to replace Iker Casillas.
It is also reported that „Real“ has made an offer for the Spaniard, which is further encouraged by the fact that he has not yet renewed his contract with the „Red Devils“.
"These are just rumors. I am happy here,“ De Gea responded to the speculation in an interview with Kicker.
The Spanish national team goalkeeper also sided with new team manager Louis van Gaal, stating that every coach who takes over a new team needs time to adjust.
De Gea also stated that „Man Utd“ will aim to return to the UEFA Champions League this season.
