After achieving numerous beautiful victories with the French national team, Didier Deschamps is stepping down.

According to "L'Equipe," the long-time coach of "Les Blues" is expected to formally announce his decision on Wednesday.

The last tournament that D. Deschamps will coach the world vice-champions in will be the 2026 FIFA World Cup, taking place in the USA, Mexico, and Canada.

The 56-year-old strategist triumphed with the French national team in the World Cup and the UEFA Nations League.
