Dejan Lovren, like many fans of the "Liverpool" team, is not a big fan of Sergio Ramos and claims that the Spaniard makes far more mistakes during matches than he does.
D. Lovren is not the first to criticize S. Ramos sharply. However, Lovren himself often exaggerates - during the World Cup he declared himself the best defender in the world.
"People always criticize for mistakes, because they often do not see the good things. I should say that sometimes I think I am unfairly criticized so much", - said the Croatian.
"If you look at Ramos, he makes even more mistakes than me. The difference is that he plays for Real Madrid. He makes a mistake, but his team then wins 5:1 or 5:2 and nobody notices his mistake.
It does not work out for me like that. For example, when I make a mistake, the match usually ends with a score of 0:1", - continued D. Lovren.
When asked about the best defenders on the planet, the Croatian replied: I would say van Dijk. We did great with him last season. I would also mention Varane, who deserves only the best words. Ramos somehow gets more credit than Varane. I strongly disagree with that.
Varane is better than Ramos - both this year and last year."
