In 2025, the football club "Kauno Žalgiris" will continue to be represented by 28-year-old midfielder from Ghana Divine Naah.

At the end of 2024, the club agreed to extend the contract with the player, meaning that Naah will begin his fifth season in Kaunas.

Naah first arrived in Kaunas in the summer of 2021 and played until the end of the 2022 season. He then spent half a year in Azerbaijan before returning to Lithuania in the summer of 2023.

The midfielder is the player with the most matches in "Kauno Žalgiris" jerseys in the club's history – he has played a total of 91 matches in the "TOPsport A League" and an additional 13 matches in UEFA tournament qualifiers and the LFF Cup.

The most memorable moment for Naah in the 2024 season was scoring a goal in the LFF Cup quarterfinal against the team FA "Šiauliai".

In the upcoming season, "Kauno Žalgiris" will not have Jonathan Tamimi and Quentin Bena, as their contracts were not renewed.
