Declan Rice - another Englishman whose value in the transfer market is indeed significant. However, "West Ham United" really wants to keep this defender. This is announced by "The Telegraph", which says that the "Hammers" have already twice offered D. Rice to extend his current contract and stay in the club, but the 22-year-old Englishman rejected both of those offers. It is also stated that "Chelsea" and "Manchester United" are interested in the services of this defensive midfielder, which the Englishman himself understands - that's why he is not rushing to accept the "Hammers" offer. Declan Rice currently represents the England national team in the European Championship, and has also been a regular starter for "West Ham" for the past three seasons.
