D. Rimpa and "Knights" agreed on contract extension

Two years ago, Deimantas Rimpa joined the "Riteriai" club and put his signature on a new contract, committing to represent the capital team until 2026.

"Deimantas has been part of our team for several seasons now. At just 22 years old, he has gained a lot of playing experience in the A League, which is very important for our team, where young players dominate. We see his current abilities and potential for improvement in the future, so the decision to continue our cooperation was not difficult," commented "Riteriai" sports director Vytautas Masaitis.

This season, D. Rimpa played in all four matches and scored two goals against the "Hegelmann B" team. At 22, he is one of the oldest players in the current "Riteriai" team.

It is worth noting that when he joined the club in 2022, he initially represented the B team. Later, the then head coach Pablo Villaras invited him to train with the main team, and the player himself earned playing time through his efforts.
