Madridthe "Atletico" coach Diego Simeone revealed that he is interested in the possibility of coaching English or Italian clubs in the future.
After losing the Champions League final, the Argentinean considered his options to leave the "Atletico" team and ultimately decided to stay. However, Simeone continues to be mentioned as a contender for coaching positions in other famous clubs, and the strategist himself revealed the leagues in which he would like to work in the future.
"I am a young coach, so I think the opportunity to work elsewhere is possible. There are many leagues where I should have serious ambitions, but the English and Italian leagues are the most attractive to me," Simeone said.
However, the Argentine admitted that he is currently focused only on working with "Atletico" and hopes to continue to maintain the team's position in the fight against "Real" and "Barcelona" clubs.
"I believe that we have a strong team. We are enthusiastic and have great ambitions. We have improved our work at the club and do everything as a team. We are strong and want to work hard to reach our potential," the coach said at a press conference.
The next match for "Atletico" will be played tomorrow against the "Tottenham Hotspur" club.
