"Liverpool" official website has informed that one of the team leaders Daniel Sturridge has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
Currently recovering from an injury, the striker joined the "Liverpool" team in winter 2013 and became one of the most important players of the team. Rumors about the new contract have been circulating in the press for some time.
"I feel great. This is a big day in my life, I am committed to this club and I want to give everything I can to this team during my best years", said the Englishman.

D.Sturridge has scored 36 goals in 52 matches played for the "Reds".
