„Donny van de Beek, who never quite fit in at “Manchester United,“ will continue his career in Spain.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano announces that the 27-year-old Dutchman will officially join the „Girona“ team in the near future.

The Spanish club will pay only 500 thousand euros for the midfielder, but easily achievable bonuses will increase this amount to 5 million euros in the near future.

However, if D. van de Beek's career in Spain goes well, „Man Utd“ could receive bonuses of around 15 million euros. Furthermore, „United“ will receive a portion of the income if „Girona“ were to sell the player in the future.

The Dutchman will sign a contract with „Girona“ until the summer of 2028.

D. van de Beek arrived at „Man Utd“ in 2020 and during this time played 62 matches, scoring two goals and providing the same number of assists. Additionally, he was loaned out to two other teams during this period.
