"At the moment - it is a very difficult period, families mourn their loved ones, others wait for the end of their loved ones' fight against coronavirus. It is truly terrible and people's misfortunes sadden me. Now the least we can do is try not to violate the restrictions," - said the Frenchman.
Soon D. Deschamps also spoke on more pleasant topics.
"If I were coaching a club, I would follow the "Juventus" school, where training is done at a very high level in order to achieve high results. Even when I was a player, I never stuck labels - I knew myself what is beneficial for my team. There is no point in saying that I will work like A. Sacchi, J. Cruyff or J. Guardiola - you have to understand football yourself, and every coach is judged by their achieved results," - assured the world champion.
