Elephant Ivory Coast national team striker Didier Drogba could return to London's "Chelsea" club as a player-coach, announces the English media.
The 36-year-old footballer's contract with the "Galatasaray" team has already expired, and the striker also has an offer from Turin's "Juventus" club.
However, it is reported that Drogba is more inclined to work again with manager Jose Mourinho and return to the "Chelsea" team, where he scored more than 150 goals during his career.
J. Mourinho acquired the African player in 2004 from the "Marseille" club, which then received a compensation of £24 million. In his first season with "Chelsea," Drogba won the English Premier League title - the first championship title for the London team in over 50 years.
Drogba also made history by scoring 4 goals in the FA Cup finals.
The African player left the "Chelsea" club in 2012 and went to play in China, where he signed a contract with the "Shenhua" club. However, he only stayed there for half a year before moving to the "Galatasaray" club.
