Adrian Mutu and Gabriel Tamash's careers in the Romanian national team have ended due to disciplinary issues.

The national team coach, Victor Piturca, confirmed that both players left the hotel without permission before a friendly match against San Marino on Wednesday and went out to the city to consume alcoholic beverages.

Neither of them appeared in the match, and they will no longer be called up to the national team.

27-year-old defender Tamash, who plays for "West Bromwich," represented his country 55 times, while 32-year-old Mutu, who wears "Cesena" jerseys, played 70 times.
