Olandas Dennis Bergkamp has extended his contract with London for another season. The 36-year-old veteran was driven to despair at the end of the season as Arsene Wenger did not say whether he wanted to see Bergkamp in his team, but at the end of last month still offered to extend the contract. Dennis' agent Rob Jansen assured that everything is settled: "All speculations about Dennis have calmed down, the contract is signed." Bergkamp came to Arsenal from Inter 10 years ago and is considered one of the best foreign footballers ever to play in the English league.
