La Coruña's "Deportivo" club secured second place in the Spanish second division and will return to the "Primera" league next season.
In Saturday's "Segunda" championship match, the team coached by Fernando Vazquez defeated the players of "Real Jaen" and became unbeatable in the fight for a direct ticket to the highest division.
The return to the "Primera" league for the "Deportivo" club was guaranteed by Carlos Marchenos' goal in the 29th minute. The La Coruña club dropped to the second division only in the 2012-2013 season.
The "Eibar" club has also secured a place in the first division, currently leading the "Segunda" championship.
Meanwhile, in the second division next season will compete the relegated teams from the "Primera" league: "Osasuna", "Real Valladolid", and "Real Betis".
