Former German national team defender Dietmar Hamann believes that the Argentinean Angel Di Maria, who is currently not fitting in at Manchester United, would be a great purchase for Bayern Munich this season.
The 27-year-old footballer cost the "Man Utd" team a record 75 million euros last summer. However, the Argentinean has not lived up to expectations and is linked with a departure from Manchester.
"Di Maria would fit very well in the Bayern team," former Bayern player told "Sky Sport" news.
"This player cost 'Man Utd' a lot of money, but he still hasn't had enough time to fulfill expectations," added the former defensive midfielder who played in the Premier League in the past.
This season, Di Maria played 28 matches for the 'Red Devils' and scored four goals.
