Despite the circulating rumors, Diego insists he wants to continue wearing the Turin jersey.
After an not very successful first season, there have been talks that the Brazilian may return to Germany, where he previously played for Werder Bremen.
"I want to stay at Juventus," Diego said to Sky Italia. "If I'm still here, it means the team's managers want me too.
"Before the holidays I spoke with the general manager Beppe Marotta and coach Luigi Del Neri. These unfounded rumors bother me - Juventus chose me, and I chose Juventus."
