Zagreb's "Dinamo" club's legionnaires will now be required to learn the Croatian language.

The team has twelve representatives from foreign countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Cameroon, Chile, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Montenegro.

"We are a club with a considerable number of foreigners, so we will follow the example of the big European clubs and in the future will include a clause in contracts about mandatory learning of Croatian language," said "Dinamo" representative Morana Durcevič.

However, it has not been decided yet how long the lessons will last and if there will be sanctions for those who do not attend or have difficulties.

"Dinamo" is currently leading the Croatian championship with 29 points.
