The statistics make fans scratch their heads - not a single shot hit the goal. After the match, PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino sought reasons for the defeat: "I think we needed to score a goal. In order to win, you have to achieve such a goal. On the other hand, I think we played very well at the end of the first half. However, it didn't quite work out then, as we could have ended the half leading 2-0. Of course, I am disappointed, but now we will have a two-week break, and again - the players will go to their national teams," clarified M. Pochettino. PSG defender Marquinhos also spoke: "We started the match poorly, while the opponents had significantly more energy and were better. At the end of the first half, we wasted chances, and ultimately conceded two goals that we could have avoided. Fatigue? I think we are used to playing matches after matches. We couldn't use that as an excuse."
