"Disqualification Looming for G. Bale in Spanish Championships"

Over the weekend, Gareth Bale helped Madrid's "Real" team to triumph in the capital's derby, but precisely because of the gesture he showed in those matches, he may face quite a severe disqualification.

G. Bale, running towards Madrid's "Atletico" stands after a goal, made a cutting hand gesture, which in some layers of Spanish society is considered offensive.

“La Liga” has already appealed to the Spanish Football Federation for Bale to be suspended. According to reports, the disqualification could range from 1 to 12 games.

There is doubt whether Bale should receive the strictest punishment, but at least for the next few matches the footballer may be forced to miss if the federation makes an unfavorable decision.

"Gareth Bale could be facing a lengthy ban following his recent goal celebration which has been described as a 'provocative gesture'. If he is found to have been deliberately enticing fans, Bale will face a ban of between four and 12 games.
