Dortmund's "Borussia" continues to live in hope that they will be able to retain their attacking star Erling Haaland in their lineup this summer. The German newspaper BILD reports that the Dortmund team will try to offer the Norwegian a new contract with an annual salary of 16 million euros. The contract would also include a Puma advertising clause, which E. Haaland would have to fulfill, but he would also receive additional income for it, according to BILD. A salary of 16 million euros per year would be the fourth highest salary in the Bundesliga. Only the trio from Bayern - Leroy Sane, Manuel Neuer, and Robert Lewandowski - earn more per year.
