In the German "Bundesliga" championship, the Dortmund "Borussia" club defeated "Eintracht" Frankfurt at home with a score of 2:0.

This was the first match of this season's German top league round.

BVB took the lead in the 72nd minute with a goal from Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.

In the 90+3 minute, J. Bynoe-Gittens scored a second goal and secured the victory for his team.
