Draws recorded in Liverpool derby, "Man Utd", "Chelsea" and "Man City" celebrated victories (VIDEO)

On Saturday, the 6th round of the English Premier League kicked off with seven matches played.

At Anfield stadium, the Liverpool derby took place, where Liverpool sought to show their superiority against Everton. In a tough duel, Brendan Rodgers released victory from his hands at the end of the match.

In the first half, the "Reds" dominated, but they couldn't easily break through Tim Howard's goal. Mario Balotelli tried to do so with several dangerous shots.

Adam Lallana had a great chance to score in the 11th minute, but his shot was saved by T. Howard after a precise corner by Steven Gerrard.

Roberto Martinez's problems continued - in the 30th minute, Kevin Mirallas suffered an injury and had to be substituted by the experienced Aiden McGeady.

In the second half, Liverpool continued to prove they were better than their opponents. In the 65th minute, the first goal finally came and Steven Gerrard scored from a penalty to put the hosts in front.

However, Everton did not give up and Phil Jagielka scored an impressive equalizer in added time. Both teams shared a point after the draw.

In other matches, the leader in the table is the London club Chelsea, who defeated Aston Villa. Diego Costa, Oscar, and Willian scored for Jose Mourinho's team.

Manchester City also celebrated victory, beating Hull City 4-2 in a close match.

Manchester United, managed by Louis van Gaal, did not experience defeat at home and defeated West Ham 2-1 with goals from Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie.
