The danger to health in football lurks not only for players, but also for coaches. This was evident in the match between the Brazilian clubs "Flamengo" and "Vasco da Gama", during which a stroke hit the coach of the latter team, Ricardo Gomes.
According to the latest data, after undergoing surgery, the condition of the former captain of the Brazilian national team is stable.
During the second half, the 46-year-old Gomes began to complain of severe headaches, but the game continued. Assessing the situation, doctors took urgent action and the strategist was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
