Former "Barcelona" defender Eric Abidal believes that if Lionel Messi decided to leave the Catalan club, "Paris Saint-Germain" would be a great choice for him.
This season, the Argentine does not seem to get along well with the new coach Luis Enrique, so there have been rumors in the press that the 27-year-old footballer is considering leaving.
It is almost certain that Messi would move to another team only if a record amount was offered for him. This narrows down the list of clubs that could afford him. One of the teams that could afford him is the French champions.
"Since he has already won everything representing Barcelona, he can decide to take on new challenges," Abidal told Telefoot.
"The transfer is possible. PSG recently gathered a group of players who are determined to achieve great goals. This could be a suitable club for Messi."
