In 2011, E. Adebayor had the opportunity to wear the jersey of the Real team. The team had problems in winter - the main striker Gonzalo Higuain got injured, so Jose Mourinho decided to borrow the striker, who belonged to the "Man City" team at that time, until the end of the season.
The footballer managed to prove his worth and scored eight goals in 22 matches, and also triumphed in the King's Cup tournament.
"I always said that those were the best six months of my career. What I experienced in this club, I will be able to tell my children with great pride," the African said.
"I still keep in touch with the team, especially with Ronaldo. I remember him well - he was the one who always left the gym last. The period with Marcelo was also great, I think he is one of the funniest players I have ever played with," the striker shared his memories.
When asked if he plans to visit the "Santiago Bernabeu" stadium, E. Adebayor replied that he is considering not only the opportunity to visit the stadium, but also to come to Spain for a season:
"I would like to visit the stadium and say a few words to the team. I would agree to come to Spain for a year and play for one of the La Liga teams. I loved life in Spain."
