Emre Can feels happy in the ranks of "Liverpool" and can't wait to sign a new contract with the club.
The current contract of the German who arrived from Leverkusen's "Bayer" in 2014 is valid until 2018.
However, the midfielder has already revealed information about ongoing negotiations for further cooperation.
"Yes, the club has spoken with my agent," Can said. "The negotiations are going very well."
"I still have a year and a half left. I am still bound by the current contract, and it is the job of my agent to sort everything out. Here in Liverpool, I am very happy."
The 22-year-old footballer also believes that the "Reds" can fight for the Premier League title this season.
